Delivery options & costs
- Tracked delivery (2–3 working days) — £3.95, or free on orders over £40.
Every order is shipped from our UK warehouses — no overseas dispatch, no weeks-long waits. Cooling gear ordered during a heatwave arrives while it still matters.
Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1–2 working days (weekends and bank holidays excluded). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses across the UK mainland. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas may take an extra 1–2 working days. For international delivery, please contact us at hello@tailzaway.co.uk before ordering.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you have an account you can also view your order status at any time. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please get in touch at hello@tailzaway.co.uk and we'll chase it up straight away.
