Who we are
This store is operated by AS Tech Sol Ltd (Company No. 17264464), trading as Tailz Away, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. References to "we", "our" and "us" in these terms are to AS Tech Sol Ltd.
1. Ordering
When you place an order you'll receive an acknowledgement email. This confirms we've received your order but does not form a contract. A contract is formed only when we email to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
2. Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take care to price products correctly, but if we discover an error we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
3. Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been authorised in full.
4. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out on our delivery page at /delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns
You may return most items within 30 days as described in our returns & refunds policy at /returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the goods you purchased.
